Summary

[Edit 01/05/17]
By request from Jinie, I added a dioder version
[/Edit 01/05/17]

Inspired by the original design from TurboStar, I made a specific version to hold a Kitchen LED ramp (this one: http://www.leroymerlin.fr/v3/p/produits/reglette-moss-led-1-x-4-led-integree-e1401398379 ).

The position behind the frame provide a good source of light while avoiding to dazzle you. Perfect. I made it for my Prusa mk2, however it should be usable for any Prusa i3 with 6mm frame.

Please please PLEASE make an adapter for the IKEA Dioder for this design :-)

Okay I made one but didn't test it. Please tell me if it's what you are looking for :)

That looks absolutely amazing! Thank you very much.
I'll print one out and test it as soon as I get my Mk2 :-)

I'm assuming it won't collide with the extruder because it's rear mounted.

Yep, the base is the same as the other version I'm using right now, so there no reason why it should collide :) Don"t hesitate to post a "Make" of the result :)

Mmmh, I'll have a look to mix it from this one and my other version, but it's just for you, I don't need it :)

Salut,
